Multiethnic
Ministries - Opportunities for Your Church
Effective
ministry happens at the intersection of scripture and the
context in which we are placed. A vital role of church leadership
is to clearly define reality. One of these realties for PSWC
churches is the profound role issues of multiethnicity and
multiculturalism play in our setting where dramatic demographic
shifts are occurring. We desire to be churches that reach
and reflect our diverse communities, but we often struggle
to actually realize this. The PSWC offers several avenues
to address these challenges through immersion experiences
for veteran leaders as well as emerging ones. These experiences
urge us into the new reality that is unfolding from the powerful
work of the gospel among us.

films, and partner/large group discussions.
