how congregations function emotionally. A practical
set of leadership ideas provide guidance for how to
behave in the midst of upsetting and conflictual circumstances.

The
secular management book, Managing Transitions
by William Bridges (Perseus Publishing; 2nd
edition May 27, 2003), is a classic! It provides an
excellent framework for understanding the multiple transition
processes we face in the church (i.e. between pastors
or growth phases of a church's life). Practical helps
are provided to assist leaders in guiding an effective,
productive transition process that maximizes the potential
of new beginnings.

Distance Learning at
North Park Theological Seminary
North
Park Theological Seminary has received approval from the Association
of Theological Schools (ATS) to offer all of its degree programs
in distance format - a combination of one week on campus intensive

In
need of drama scripts? The PSWC has a tremendous resource
in Karen Patitucci, Performing Arts Director of Hope Center
Covenant Church in Pleasant Hill, CA. Karen has been writing
original dramas for Hope Center since its inception nearly
twenty-five years ago. Presently she has over 1000 drama scripts
categorized by Scripture verse and topic which she is willing
