OR - On a night that focused on "the beauty of the new
birth," preacher Dave Gibbons told the gathering at the
opening worship service of the Evangelical Covenant Church's
124th Annual Meeting that the body of Christ is most beautiful
when it loves the unlovable.

with a cumulative membership of 863 and a cumulative average
attendance of 1,643.

Covenanters representing five regional conferences of the
Evangelical Covenant Church participated in Esperanza USA's
2009 National Hispanic Prayer Breakfast and Conference June
17-19 in Washington DC.

URBAN IMMERSION
REGISTRATION OPEN

CA - Registrations are being accepted for Journey to Mosaic
Squared (J2M2), a three-week experience to be held July 18-August
8 in Oakland.
J2M2 is an inner-city immersion experience that aims to explore
God's heart for justice. Participants-who must be between
the ages of 18 and 24-live together in a house for three weeks.
